It is an organization based in Modica (RG), that has the following aims:

• activate training for new professionals valorising the resource of Ragusa province;
• educate on respect and development of environment through initiatives and courses on environment education;
• promote cultural initiatives related to writing.

In keeping with this last objective the association promotes meetings and courses in creative writing, poetry workshops in high schools in the province, aimed to experience young and adults the many possibilities of writing and the existed relationship between writing and life.

Constructive and innovative experiences that introduce aspiring writers and not at the game of narration and telling about themselves, creating a deep interaction between reality and expression of the self, between the poetic language and deep emotions, where writing is “continuous inexorable whispering of being” (Maurice Blanchot, Lo Spazio letterario).

In collaboration with the company Moak, Centro di Formazione organizes a national fiction contest “Caffè Letterario Moak” and an international short film contest “Corto Moak”.
